After graduation from UCHS I attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio, graduated with a degree in Mathematics and a teaching certificate. Taught high school Math in Cleveland (Miss Bruns was my inspiration).
In 1962 I met and married my husband Jackson Templin. We moved to Anderson, Indiana where we lived until he retired as a research and development engineer for Delco Remy Division of General Motors. I also working for GM and EDS in Indiana.
Upon Jack’s retirement we moved to Largo, Florida. We become very involved in our church here and I have been treasurer for many years. Also, work at and manage the Thrift Store associated with our church.
Jack and I had 46 years together before he passed away in 2009. We did a lot of traveling, all 50 states, many European countries and cruises. I still try to go as much as possible, and still live in Florida as that is really my home.
Sorry I can’t make the reunion – I will be on a Mississippi River cruise. I have no family living in St.Louis now and have not been back for many years.
